Terms of Use

1. Purpose

These terms govern access to and use of the OffRecon C-Forums platform, a cyber threat intelligence (CTI / OSINT) tool that indexes forum triage metadata (title, author, date, link, excerpt).

2. Restricted access

Access is strictly reserved for vetted audiences (law enforcement, cybersecurity professionals, journalists) and subject to manual approval of each request. The operator may refuse or revoke access.

3. Permitted use

The platform is provided for legitimate professional monitoring purposes. Users agree not to misuse the tool, to comply with applicable law and to process only metadata — no leak content is hosted or distributed.

4. Account and security

Each user has a personal, named account. They are responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for enabling two-factor authentication (2FA). Any use of the account is deemed to be made by its holder.

5. Liability

Information is provided for monitoring purposes, as is, without warranty of completeness or accuracy. The user remains solely responsible for how they use it.

6. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Termination

Users may request deletion of their account at any time from their My account area. The operator may suspend access in the event of a breach of these terms.
